Welcome to INSYDOR. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to, installation of, and use of the INSYDOR Chrome extension, our official website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Service Description
INSYDOR is a browser-based product research and analysis tool. It analyses publicly available product information, review content, and category data on the Takealot platform, and generates market insights based on that data.
2. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Access to INSYDOR requires a valid user account and an active subscription. We offer both a free trial and paid subscription plans. Upon expiry of the free trial period, you must purchase a paid subscription if you wish to continue using the analytical features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of your account information, and for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. By purchasing a subscription, you accept the pricing and billing terms applicable to the plan you have selected.
3. Data Use and Privacy
The data we collect and process includes, but is not limited to:
- Account information (such as your email address)
- Publicly available page data from the Takealot store
- Usage statistics and analytics data

4. Acceptable Use

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We do not warrant that:
- The extension will meet all of your specific requirements;
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- The analysis results, trend information, or insights obtained through INSYDOR will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation;
- Any software defects will be corrected.
Use at Your Own Risk: You understand and agree that your use of the extension is at your sole risk. The data analysis results and recommendations provided by INSYDOR are for informational and reference purposes only. This includes, without limitation, analysis results, summaries, and suggestions generated by artificial intelligence, which do not constitute investment, commercial, or operational decision-making advice. You should exercise your own independent judgment based on your particular circumstances and decide whether to rely on any analysis results.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or if such action is necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.
